All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the LDA office and acknowledged by a staff member to be considered received. Requests received on or before October 17, 2026 will receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. You may apply your payment toward a future LDA conference or transfer your registration to another person. Deferred payments are valid for one year from the date of the original conference.

We accept payment in US funds only. Checks and purchase orders are only accepted from organizations and should be made payable to the Learning Disabilities Association of America. A registration badge is required for admittance to all sessions, workshops, and the exhibit hall.

LDA America and the Paris Las Vegas Hotel are committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities. Reasonable accommodation requests should be submitted no later than November 1, 2026. LDA cannot guarantee services requested after that date.

LDA and its legal representatives retain the right to publish, without charge, photographs taken during this event. These photographs may be used in publications, electronic media, promotional materials, advertising, and audio-visual presentations.
